By accessing or using AniFun.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using AniFun, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service to generate or share illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or misleading content.
  • Upload, submit, or input any materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violate any laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, interfere with, or disrupt the functionality of the Service.
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the platform in a manner that disrupts its normal operation.

You are solely responsible for the content you input and the output you generate.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Service allows users to generate images, avatars, or videos using AI. You retain ownership of the input prompts you provide. However, by using the Service, you grant AniFun a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the AI-generated outputs for purposes including platform performance, research, marketing, and safety monitoring.

AniFun does not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright eligibility, or originality of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

4. Account and Access

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or our policies.

5. Payments and Credits

Some features may require payment or the use of credits. By purchasing credits or subscribing:

  • You agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and usage limitations provided at the time of purchase.
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds are not issued for used credits, expired time, or unsatisfactory AI results.
  • Subscription fees are automatically charged at renewal unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.

Billing is handled securely via third-party processors such as Stripe. AniFun does not store your full payment details.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, code, designs, trademarks, and other elements of the AniFun platform are the property of AniFun or its licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.
  • Use the AniFun brand or logo without authorization.

AI models and technologies used by AniFun may be licensed from or powered by third-party providers such as OpenAI or Stability AI.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • The accuracy, quality, or originality of AI-generated content.
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
  • The compatibility of outputs with your intended use (e.g., for commercial purposes).

You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AniFun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or content
  • Business interruption
  • Intellectual property disputes arising from generated content
  • Damages from unauthorized access or platform downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the previous 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws
  • Your activity harms or threatens the platform or its users
  • We choose to discontinue the Service entirely

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AniFun operates (default: United States, unless otherwise specified). You agree that any legal claims or disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
