Anifun AI (“Anifun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered creative platform designed for anime fans to generate original anime-style artwork in a safe, lawful, and responsible environment.

We are committed to responsible AI governance and strict content standards. This Content Policy outlines prohibited content and our moderation framework.

By using Anifun AI, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Lawful & Responsible Use

Anifun AI may only be used for lawful and respectful creative purposes.

You may not use the platform to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Promote criminal activity

  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices

  • Generate unlawful or harmful content

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate legal standards.

2. Protection of Minors (Zero Tolerance)

Anifun AI enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual or exploitative content involving minors.

This includes:

  • Sexualized depictions of minors

  • Nudity involving individuals under 18

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Content depicting fictional minors in sexual contexts

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the character is real or fictional.

Any violation may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Child safety is a top priority.

3. Adult & Explicit Content Restrictions

Anifun AI is intended for creative and artistic anime expression and does not permit:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content

  • Graphic sexual acts

  • Sexually exploitative material

  • Content primarily intended for adult entertainment

We reserve the right to restrict or remove content that violates platform safety standards.

4. Intellectual Property & Fan Art

Users may not:

  • Generate unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted anime characters

  • Infringe trademarks or other intellectual property rights

  • Use copyrighted materials without proper authorization

While Anifun supports original creative expression, users are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party rights.

We may respond to copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law.

5. Deepfake & Identity Abuse

You may not use Anifun AI to:

  • Impersonate real individuals

  • Generate deceptive content intended to mislead

  • Fabricate realistic false evidence

Users must ensure they have lawful rights and permissions when generating content involving identifiable persons.

6. AI Model Safety & Multi-Layer Moderation

Anifun AI utilizes advanced large AI models provided by reputable industry vendors, including but not limited to Flux, Nanobanana, Google Imagen, Seedream.

These models incorporate built-in safety and sensitive content detection mechanisms designed to reduce the generation of harmful, explicit, or unlawful material.

In addition to model-level safeguards, Anifun AI may implement platform-level moderation measures, including:

  • Prompt analysis and keyword detection

  • Automated output filtering

  • Risk-based monitoring systems

  • Usage pattern evaluation

  • Account-level enforcement controls

This multi-layered approach combines:

  • Vendor-provided model safeguards

  • Automated filtering mechanisms

  • Platform governance standards

to promote responsible AI use.

Attempts to bypass built-in safety filters or platform safeguards are strictly prohibited.

7. Hate, Harassment & Violence

Anifun AI does not permit content that:

  • Promotes violence

  • Encourages hate speech

  • Harasses individuals or groups

  • Discriminates against protected characteristics

8. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • The prompts they submit

  • The content they generate

  • How generated content is used or shared

By using Anifun AI, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your use complies with applicable laws

  • You have necessary rights for submitted materials

  • You will not use generated content for unlawful purposes

Anifun AI acts as a technology provider and does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

9. Enforcement & Cooperation

Anifun AI may, at its sole discretion:

  • Remove violating content

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Restrict access to paid features

  • Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

10. Policy Updates

Anifun AI reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
